About
A metabolic atlas of mouse aging is a study led by post-doc Steven Pilley in the Mullen Lab at USC. It describes how the metabolism of 12 organs changes from young to old age in male and female mice with data gathered by mass spectrometry metabolomics.
This website allows users to visualize and identify age and sex-dependent changes in metabolites. All processed data can be found under the Downloads tab. This website was built by study co-author Ernst Schmid.
Mass spectrometry measurements collected as part of this study is hosted on Metabolomics Workbench under study ID ST003188.
