This site contains data accompanying the publication A metabolic atlas of mouse aging. It facilitates interactive browsing of LC/MS derived metabolite data from samples across 12 different mouse organs across 5 different ages. Our study and the data here is designed to offer a comprehensive view of how metabolite levels change as a function of age.
